Doing a one off custom fit can be more expensive than our tried, tested and templated conversions but if a standard conversion doesn’t give you all the elements you want, this might be the answer.
The customer of the conversion below wanted the main van uninterrupted of furniture, with a walk through from the front to the back. This gives travel seating for 5 people and with the front driver and passenger swivel plates, also gives face to face seating for 5 people whilst in leisure use.
  The unit was put into the rear of the van so you would stand outside to cook. The customer was going to have an awning made to cover the rear doors for our British weather! It still had the same Cali style sink and hob with a 40l top loading compressor fridge. With the elevating roof it also offers sleeping for up to 6 people (the same as the Teahupoo conversion).
  This customer was going to do his own conversion before considering all the elements and time involved in giving him the finish he wanted. We used the appliances he has already bought and built them into our furniture design, but removed the wardrobe since his van had a full set of factory fitted windows which he wanted to keep clear of furniture. This van also had a VW factory fitted medium roof, so we were able to give a considerable amount of storage in fully custom built high cupboards.
  This customer owns a high class bespoke furniture making business. He wanted a classy looking vehicle which kept the load area of a panel van and has a bed to do the occasional overnight stop when doing deliveries.   Outside the van has colour coded bumpers with a F45 awning and inside the seats have been re-trimmed in black leather; it has had a REIMO elevating roof and bed fitted, passenger swivel plate, after market opening side windows, a leisure battery, ZIG panel and 2 internal LED lights, 240v hook up with a full internal carpet trim and floor covering.   Here are some examples of customised furniture options from a couple of customers. One wanted a double drop in cupboard and the other wanted an extra width wardrobe. Both these vehicles are being used by their owners for year long travels.   This customer wanted an Assini conversion but with double sliding doors they wanted the fridge opening out not in and a matching buddy seat behind the passenger seat.
